Traveling Florida

Sitting at Fred Gannon State Park in Florida enjoying our way of life. We are listening to our neighbors' children making memories with their parents.

Honestly, it is a beautiful and humbling experience to listen to them actually talking to one another and enjoying food together. I hear them talking while eating chips, candy, and apples. It amazes me,

when some people are in tents, others are in large class A’s and they seem to be having the same experience, just laughing as they run around, biking, pulling wagons, and skating.

There is a very peaceful atmosphere around us as people of our age walk around waving at their neighbors, as they are humming and smiling very heartfelt and lovingly. I also enjoy watching people walk around without makeup and with hair that looks like a child, just watching people be happy with so little, makes my heart sing. Then I start giggling when I hear those my age and younger grunting, when they get up for reasons I totally understand, and yes, growing old is not for the weak!

As the ground is drying out after the rain of the last few days, Bruno (our dog) is enjoying his bone and watching the squirrels in the neighboring trees. So, the day is coming to an end and tomorrow is a travel day, we are off for another adventure in another state. Just living the minimalist lifestyle, in our Truck Camper.
